Muhammad Rizwan Khan, CFA

Founder and CEO of Alpha Hycon (Pvt) Ltd

Muhammad Rizwan Khan, CFA, is a leading expert in the real estate industry. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of both the CFA Society Pakistan and CFA Institute. Rizwan has completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School in collaboration with the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

He has authored "Real Estate Development in Pakistan," a key textbook for the "Diploma in Strategic Real Estate Management" at IBA Centre for Executive Education (CEE), where he also leads the Real Estate Management Program. He has also served as the Chief Investment Officer of DHA Karachi. He is a member of the FPCCI Committee on Real Estate Planning and Research, and is on advisory panel of DHA City Karachi and Frontier Works Organization (FWO).

Azfer Naseem, CFA

Cofounder & Executive Director, Alpha Hycon (Pvt) Limited

Azfer Naseem is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. He has more than fourteen years of experience spanning equity research, corporate finance and private equity.

In January ‘16, Azfer co-founded Akseer and became its CEO. Prior to Akseer, he was associated with BMA Capital as the Director of Research and Business Development. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in expanding BMA's research coverage. He also served as an Advisor to the Board of Directors of BMA Funds, a subsidiary of BMA Capital. Azfer is also a visiting faculty member of IBA, his alma mater.
